"I just made the switch to State Farm today. I was originally working with Yasmin, but she is out of the office this week and I wanted to get everything set up before my old policy renewed at the end of the week. So I ended up actually setting everything up with Matt. Both Yasmin and Matt have been great to work with! I’m saving quite a bit compared to my old insurance company which is awesome!"

"We’ve been with George Meeker’s State Farm agency since 6/24. We had an issue with my wife’s windshield repair due to the repair company’s customer service. I called Kim and she immediately jumped in took control. She had another company call my wife and within 30 min we had repair scheduled. I cannot say enough about the thanks we have for Kim’s personalized service late on Friday."

"Awful service. close promptly at five even when u are in the middle of a problem. unresponsive owner who doesnt oversee his staff I checked both my emails. No email. No phone calls either. It speaks VOLUMES that you are more concerned with your google reviews than providing actual customer service. Bad review—instant response. Emails from an unhappy customer —crickets. Beware this terrible broker. If he really were diligent wouldn’t his first call have been to the client to try to resolve the situation when he realized there was a bad google review so i would amend it? Instead he ignored me and posted a reply on google which tells you all you need to know about this guy and his agency."
